IMS NOIDA holds Media fest “Varchasva 2012”

Institute of Management Studies Noida, organized two days inter college media fest “Varchasva 2012”.

The Second Day of the Inter College fest “Varchasva 2012” in Institute of Management Studies Noida, started with news reporting competition.

About 150 students of IMS Ghaziabad, Makhanlal Chaturvedi Vishwa Vidhyalay, Moscomedia Institute, Purple Rose Art and Media Academy, Jagan Institute, Nims, Sadhna Institute and many colleges of media participated in the fest. 

Rohit Pandey won the First and Prashant Shukla won the Second prize in news writing competition.

First prize in Page layout competition goes to Arun Tyagi and second prize to Mohit Bansal.

In Debate competition first prize won by Aman and second prize by Alpana.

At the end Mr and Miss Smart Journalist competition was held. Amit Yadav and Aprova Pradhan were announced Mr and Miss Smart Journalist of Varchasva 2012.

Punit Tripathy from IBN 7, Amit Shukla from CNNIBN with Om Praksh Mishra from Indian Express were amongst the judges of the competition.

Dr A.K Shrivastav Director IMS Noida gave trophies to the winners and congratulates them.

आइ एम एस ने किया वार्षिक प्रतियोगिता प्रतिभा का आगाज

इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट स्टडीड आइ.एम.एस,नोयडा में आज दो दिवसीय वार्षिक प्रतियोगिता प्रतिभा का आगाज किया गया। इस इंटर कॉलेज कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ आजतक समाचार चैनल के उपसंपादक सुमित अवस्थी रहे ।

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत मुख्य अतिथि सुमित अवस्थी, आइ.एम.एस के प्रेसिडेंट राजीव कुमार गुप्ता, निर्देशक डॉ. ए. के श्रीवास्तव, सलाहकार अलोक अग्रवाल एवं लॉ स्कूल के प्रिंसिपल डा. एन एस आजाद द्वारा दीप प्रज्जवलित कर की गई।

इस वार्षिक समारोह में आइ.एम.एस के छात्रों के अलावा एन.सी.आर के अन्य कॉलेजों के प्रतिभावान छात्रों ने भी अपने प्रतिभा का जलवा बिखेड़ा। कार्यक्रम की शुरूआत पत्रकारिता की छात्रा मोनिका विष्ट ने माता सरस्वती की वंदना गीत पर भारतनाट्यम नृत्य पेश कर की।

आज प्रतिभा प्रतियोगिता के पहले दिन रंगोली, कॉमेडी, एक्ट, मोनो-एक्टिंग, टी-शर्ट पेंटिंग, नेल ऑर्ट, फेस पेंटिंग, वाद-विवाद एवं फैशन शो प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें छात्रों ने अपने प्रतिभा के रंगो से गर्मी की तपिश को रंग कर इंद्रधनुशी बना दिया।

फैशन शो में तनवी सिंह और अबरारूल हक को प्रथम एवं मीनाक्षी और कमरान को द्वितीय पुरस्कार से नवाजा गया। वहीं स्टैण्ड अप कामेडी में सचिन गुप्ता प्रथम राहुल रंजन को द्वितीय, नेल ऑर्ट में शिवानी सोलंकी को प्रथम जया सिंह को द्वितीय , रंगोली में निधी तिवारी और दिपांशी गर्ग की टीम को प्रथम और शिवानी सोलंकी एवं भूमिका शर्मा को द्वितीय, इक्सटेम्पर में साक्षी विज ने प्रथम पुरस्कार पर अपना कब्जा जमाया वहीं सुनैना मिश्रा ने द्वितीय पर अपनी दावेदारी की।

मोनो एक्टिंग प्रतियोगिता में प्रथम पुरस्कार अर्जुन मेहता एवं द्वितीय स्थान पुर्णिमा को गया, टी-शर्ट पेंटिंग में प्रथम पुरस्कार निधी तिवारी और निशिता एवं द्वितीय पुरस्कार भारती सिंह एवं दमिनी गर्ग को गया। बाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता में प्रथम पुरस्कार अमित अवाना और सुमित की टीम वहीं द्वितीय पुरस्कार निशिता और शाक्षी की टीम को मिला। कोलार्ज मेकिंग में प्रथम पुरस्कार भारती दामिनी एवं द्वितीय पुरस्कार पुनित और ज्योति की टीम को मिला। फेस पेंटिंग  प्रतियोगिता में प्रथम पुरस्कार अमित अवाना और सुमित की जोड़ी और द्वितीय पुरस्कार में विशाल कुमार एवं पारूल और लक्की पंचाल एवं दीप शिखा की जोड़ी में टाई हुआ।

“प्रतिभा 2012” में कॉलेज के लगभग 250 से भी अधिक छात्रों एवं बाहरी कॉलेज के लगभग ३० छात्रों ने विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं मे भाग लिया।

वार्षिक समारोह का आयोजन प्रोफेसर पी के अग्रवाल एवं डॉ विनीता गुप्ता के नेतृत्व में किया जा रहा है।

IMS NOIDA holds Annual Inter college fest “PRATIBHA 2012”

Institute of Management Studies, Noida Sector 62 organized the 2 day Annual Inter College Festival “Pratibha 2012” today in the Institute Campus.

The Chief Guest of the event was the Mr Sumit Awasthi Depty Editor Aajtak news channel.

The Event was inaugurated by the chief guest along with the President Rajiv kr Gupta, Director Dr A .K Shrivastav Advisor of the Institute Alok Agrawal and the Principal Law College Dr N.S Azad by lighting the lamp.

A dance performance on Saraswati vandana by Monika Bisht also enlightened the ceremony.

Around 250 students of the institute with approx 30-35 students from various colleges have participated in different activities.

Nidhi Tiwari and Dipanshi Garg got first Prize and Shivani Solanki and Bhumika Sharma got second prize in Rangoli competition.

Arjun Mehta wins first and Purnima got second prize in Mono Acting Competition.

Team of Bharti and Damini got first and the team of Punit and Jyoti got second prize in collage making competition.

Fashion Show, face painting, Best Out of waste, T-shirt Painting and Nail Art were the other attractive activities of PRATIBHA day 1 event.

Tatoo art, Mehndi, LAN Gaming, Mr. and Ms. Pratibha, Lucky Draw, singing competition and Ad Mad Show etc will be the main attraction of Day 2 of PRATIBHA 2012.
