Workshop on “Women Safety”

Institute of Management Studies,Noida organized a workshop on “Women Safety” in IMS Campus. Around 200 students with faculty members attended the conference.

Dr. Mala Bhandari, Founder of “SADRAK (Social and development Research and action Group) NGO” was the speaker of the workshop.

All students were dressed in Black colour and wrote messages on a wall to show their concern about the woman Safety in India.

Dr Mala Bhandari said that a woman should be physically as well as mentally strong enough to handle any mishappening.

While answering a question she said that India is a country which has western as well as eastern culture together, so youth should differentiate between right and wrong before taking any decision.

Dr. A.K. Shrivastava Executive Director, Head of department BBA with Station Head Barsha Chabaria were also attend the workshop.

“नारी सुरक्षा” पर कार्यशाला का आयोजन

इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट स्टडीज (आइएमएस) नोएडा में “नारी सुरक्षा” को लेकर कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गाय। शनिवार को आयोजित इस कार्यशाला में “सोशल एण्ड डेवलपमेंट रिसर्च एण्ड एक्शन ग्रूप” (सैडरैग) की फाउंडर डॉ.माला भंडाली ने महिलाओं की सुरक्षा से जुड़ी महत्वपूर्ण तथ्यों पर चर्चा की। इस कार्यशाला में संस्थान के कार्यकारी निदेशक डॉ.ए.के.श्रीवास्तव, सलाम नमस्ते की स्टेशन हेड वर्षा छवारिया और बीबीए की एच.ओ.डी शालिनी मिश्रा के साथ संस्थान के लगभग 200 छात्र-छात्राएं शामिल थे। कार्यशाला में बच्चों ने अपने मैसेज लिख कर सुरक्षा के प्रति अपनी जाहिर  किया।
इस कार्यक्रम में बच्चों ने वॉल पर “आपकी सुरक्षा आपके हाथ में है, डॉन्ट इग्नोर योर सेफ्टी जैसे मैसेज लिख कर और काले कपड़े पहन कर दिल्ली गैंग रेप के प्रति अपनी संवेदना व्यक्त की।
डॉ.माला भंडाली ने चर्चा को शुरू करते हुए कहा कि महिलाओं को कई तरह के अत्याचारों का सामना करना पड़ता है, जिसमें दहेज उत्पीड़न, घरेलू हिंसा एवं वालात्कार के मामले प्रमुख हैं। महिलाएं अपनी उत्पीड़न के खिलाफ थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराने से हिचकिचाती है, जिससे दोषी खुलेआम बचकर निकल जाते हैं।इस समस्या का समाधान देते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि नोएडा सेक्टर-41 के पास महिला पुलिस थाना हैं जहां हर समय केवल महिला पुलिस तैनात रहती है वहां महिलाएं अपनी आपबीती को सहजता से खुल कर रख सकती है। 
एक प्रश्न का जबाव देते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि महिलाओं की सुरक्षा सर्व प्रथम उन्हीं से शुरू होती है। किसी भी इंसान को बाहर निकले से पहले सही गलत की पहचान होनी चाहिए।अंजान एवं सुनसान जगह से हो सके तो बचें, महिलाओं को हमेशा अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए बाजार में उपलब्ध स्प्रे अपनी पास हमेशा रखनी चाहिए। इन सब से पहले महिलाओं को किसी भी प्रतिकूल परिस्थितियों से  निपटने के लिए मानसिक रूप से सक्षम होना बहुत जरूरी है। युवाओं को मैसेज देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि समाज में बदलाव लाने के लिए युवा पिढ़ी का प्रयास जरूरी है। 
डॉ.ए.के.श्रीवास्तव ने छात्रों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि सुरक्षा के लिए जरूरी है कि, पहले खुद के बारे में सोंचे और सावधान रहें। हमें पता होना चाहिए कि सही क्या है और गलता क्या है। उन्होंने अपने संवाद में चेंज माई एण्ड योर सेल्फ का मैसेज दिया।

Little Stars of Film Industry Visit Salam Namaste

Apurva Arora recently seen in the movie ‘Oh My God’ as Paresh Rawal’s Daughter and actress Lehar Khan of Children Movie Jalpari visited Institute of Management Studies, (IMS) Noida Community Radio Salaam Namaste 90.4. 
They gave the interview for the program Salam Talent.
Apurva told that she is also hosting a program called “Mystery Hunters” of Discovery Kids Channel that will be telecasted from 22^nd December.
She has done 3 movies till date and her fourth film “Dekh Tamash Dekh” will be released soon. Apart from movies she has also done advertisements for famous brands like Cadbury dairy milk, vivel, Airtel, Campus shoes, whisper.

Apurva is a student of 11^th class and has joined theater at the age of 9. Her role models are Naserudin Shah and Shabana Azmi.
Little Star of Jalpari Movie Lehar Khan told that Jalpari movie has been awarded by MIP kid junior jury award during Cannes Film Festival and by people Choice Award. This movie has also been nominated in Children film category at Oscars Award.
They both thanked their parents for the support and want to pursue acting as their career in future.
